The Lab Multimixer operates using a high-speed motor-driven shaft capable of handling multiple interchangeable processing attachments based on the application requirement.

For high shear dispersion applications, the machine uses a saw-toothed cowl disk impeller that generates intense radial flow and turbulence for rapid wetting, deagglomeration, and pigment dispersion.

For fine grinding and milling operations, the shaft can be fitted with a bead milling disk arrangement designed for laboratory-scale wet grinding and particle size reduction.

The pneumatic lifting system enables smooth raising and lowering of the shaft assembly for easy vessel handling and operational flexibility. The lifting and lowering functions are controlled using a remote control attached directly to the machine for convenient operation.

The control panel is integrated onto the machine head itself, resulting in a clean compact body design suitable for modern laboratory environments.
