The machine operates using two specially designed Z-shaped blades rotating inside a heavy-duty horizontal trough. The blades rotate at differential speeds, continuously stretching, folding, compressing, and kneading the material to achieve uniform mixing throughout the batch.

The unique Z blade geometry generates high torque mixing action capable of processing extremely viscous and non-flowing materials with excellent consistency.

The mixer can be supplied with jacketed construction for controlled heating or cooling during processing. Depending on the application, hydraulic tilting or bottom discharge arrangements can be provided for efficient unloading of dense materials.

Its slow-speed high-torque operation minimizes air entrapment while ensuring thorough material homogenization and stable batch quality.
