The High Speed Disperser operates using a high-speed rotating cowl disk impeller designed to generate strong radial flow and high shear forces inside the mixing vessel. As the cowl disk rotates at high RPM, it creates a vortex that pulls materials toward the center and disperses them outward at high velocity.

This continuous circulation helps in rapid wetting, deagglomeration, and uniform dispersion of powders, pigments, and additives into liquid systems. The serrated edges of the cowl disk increase shear intensity, enabling efficient particle breakdown and consistent mixing performance.
