The Jar Mill operates using rotating rolls that drive grinding jars mounted horizontally on the machine racks. As the jars rotate, the grinding media inside creates impact and attrition forces that reduce particle size and disperse materials uniformly throughout the batch.

The system allows processing of single or multiple jars simultaneously, depending on the selected configuration. Its compact structure, smooth rotational operation, and adjustable grinding duration make it suitable for laboratory grinding, color matching, formulation trials, and pilot-scale production.

The machine can be used for both wet grinding and dry grinding applications.
